FieldForce4 for Education has a deliberate focus on two specialisation areas to ensure we deliver exceptional value and exceed client expectations;

  2. Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

We co-design our programmes to provide workable strategies that empower leaders and learners.  We excel in creating passionate engagement to inspire educators using  an evidence-based approach which leads to positive changes in pedagogy for themselves and their teaching colleagues to provide support and learning for all students.

Our eduction leadership programs are facilitated by passionate, highly qualified, relatable presenters. 
All is backed by sound, evidence based academic research within an ‘evidence into action' framework. We have walked the walk and can talk to and relate to educators at all levels.
Many of the schools and education clusters we work with have tried various improvement strategies over the years, but have been unable to make the changes stick. FieldForce4's proven methodology gives continuous results, with a focus on sustainable improvement, including for geographically disbursed groups. Data collated is shared through our visibility dashboard to allow tracking of progress and to promote sustainable ongoing practices.

We value collaboration, so we have a strong focus on setting up groups within and across schools to ensure both support and sustainability. FieldForce4's 4es framework includes Cognitive and Instructional Coaching Skills Training with provided suggested templates for these meetings, and include sharing of successes and community problem solving of challenges, latest research and what the implications are for practice.  We specialise in creating collegiality to support positive pedagogy shifts and effective teaching and learning.
